This scripts adds function to get configuration variable values form configuration pages.
How it works
## FUNCTIONS
// * GetConfigPTV($ptvname)
// * updatePTVConfigArray(&$arr)
// * aArray2PVs(&$arr)
## PAGE VARIABLES
// * $ConfigPageSite
// * $ConfigPageGroup
// * $ConfigPagePage
## SCRIPT (not needed somehow, form saves without it, needs review)
// * $ptconfig_enable (generates a ptv array used in {*$Group}PagetypeConfig
// to store which pagetypes are usesd in the current group)
// * $ptconfig_authgroup (generates a ptv array used in {*$Group}PagetypeConfig
// to store which authgroups can edit pagetypes)
